What Should You Bring?
Comfortable hiking or water shoes with good grip
Make sure you are wearing the most comfortable shoes for a Moderate Jungle Hike, they might get wet so we recoment bring an extra pair of shoes for after the Hike

Lightweight, breathable clothing (plus a swimsuit under clothes)
We recomend bringing a swimsuit under your clothes for ease of bathing in the waterfall.

Towel and a change of dry clothes for after the hike
In the tropical jungle of Costa Rica it can rain at any point so make sure you bring an extra set of clothes for enjoying your breakfast after the hiuke.

Reusable water bottle
We will pre-hydrate before the hike with a fresh tea but always bring a reusable bottle water with you to keep hidrated during the experience.

Eco-friendly / reef-safe insect repellent and sunscreen
If you are not used to the bugs in the jungle and are very prune to sunburn we recomend bringing some with you for a more pleasant experience.

Yes! Children who are comfortable walking on uneven terrain for a couple of hours are welcome. It’s a wonderful sensory experience for kids, though we recommend a minimum age of around 8 years old for the meditation portion.
